Chancerygate Investment Property Limited (CIPL) is responsible for an investment portfolio that comprises a number of multi-unit trade, warehouse and industrial schemes located across the UK. Several of the schemes were developed by Chancerygate and provide grade-A specification with high ESG credentials.
CIPL also provides asset management and development management services to a select number of Family Office third party mandates.
Decision making takes place with a strategy of long-term thinking to actively enhance returns and grow the portfolio.
Our requirements
We are always looking for new opportunities. We are currently looking for brownfield sites with or without planning permission for the speculative development of multi-unit warehouse, industrial and trade counter uses. Refurbishments of older warehousing and industrial schemes, where a comprehensive refurbishment can be undertaken to reset rental levels and meet our ESG criteria. Standing investments let on long leases to strong covenants. Any sector will be considered with a focus towards out of town locations and self contained sites.

The Foundation offers Black African and Caribbean students financial assistance of £10,000 per year, along with professional mentoring and hands-on industry experience. Its goal is to encourage diversity and inclusion across the UK property sector.
