Jonathan Lee

Joff’s experience is focused on the Development of multi-unit trade, warehouse and industrial schemes. He joined Chancerygate Group 2014 and has acquired eleven sites on which over 1m sq ft has been built. Several of the schemes have been in joint venture, which is one of his specialties. Joff led on the funding of five speculative developments in 2022 totalling over 600,000 sq ft. This is the largest single transaction of its type in the UK and was the winner of the IAS Investment Transaction of the year. In his role in The Family Office he is responsible for overseeing a development portfolio. Joff is actively involved in the Chancerygate Foundation as a student mentor.
