Paul joined Chancerygate Group as a Project Manager in 2022 and, since July 2025 has been part of the Family Office. A Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience in multi-unit trade, warehouse and industrial schemes and business space projects. Paul oversees the delivery of both development and refurbishment schemes from pre-site planning through to completion. He is also the project manager for the Chairmans private residential matters. After graduating from Nottingham Trent University in 2002 with an honours degree in building surveying, Paul qualified as a chartered building surveyor in 2007.
