Helena Redding

Helena leads all asset management by driving value through smart leasing strategies, strong tenant relationships, and targeted capital upgrades. She also manages two investment funds for the Harrison Family Trust, working closely with finance to deliver sustainable, long-term returns. Helena joined the Family Office in 2023 and brings a unique perspective from her earlier roles as both Asset Manager and Development Manager at SEGRO, Kier Property and Orchard Street Investment Management—giving her hands-on experience on both sides of the fence.
